Why we did it!               As avid concert attendees, our staff at Concerts USA felt we were not getting an online ticket buying experience that was comprehensive and complete with regards to the concert goer's needs. We sat there and thought about a few changes in the way a site worked that would help us all get the tickets and services we needed to complete our "package". To make this long story short, we felt an integrating maps, a list of hotels near the venue and even car rental services were all something that helped make our concert participation more comfortable.
